Glen Arm Workout

Trying out this new kit with fleece lineing on my tipical workout course. As you can see the temperature was low and the humidity was high along with a fair breeze the kit worked out well and actually was a little too warm by the end of the 13 mile ride.

One unexpeted benefit is the bibs are very snug on my legs especially my clafs and it seems to make the effort less painless.

As you can see from the stats my pace isn't very fast but my endurance is relentless; although I recently bonked on a supported century ride I've completed self supported before but you'll have to read that article to find out.

I also got the privledge to bump into one of the local gentlemen I follow on Strava as he was out completing a 26 mile ride and I was about to the hill he lives on so I took a quick break at the bottom to chat and interestingly enough my time was my 3rd best time
